Box Office Team
You will be on the frontline of the festival, either selling tickets at our box offices or scanning moviegoers’ tickets prior to entering the movie. For many festival guests, you will be the first face they see, so friendliness is a must. A Box Office Supervisor or Venue Managers will instruct you where you will be most efficient.
Responsibilities
- Selling tickets and exchange vouchers in the box office
- Scan tickets in the theaters
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be comfortable with computers
- Have good customer service skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Must be flexible
- Standing or sitting for periods of time
- Longer shifts are required
- Training will be provided
- Must be ok with periods of fast pace and down time
