From red carpet arrivals and check-in procedures to security protocols and after-party access, this guide covers everything you need to know. Please plan accordingly, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Arrival/Entrance
Process
Security vehicle sweeps will be in place as you approach the Convention Center. All vehicles must have their vehicle credential on the dash AND clear the vehicle sweep to access the Convention Center (see options below under "Parking"). Please be mindful of what items you have in your vehicle / on your person. If you wouldn’t take it through TSA, it should not be in your vehicle.
Entrance into the Film Awards is by First and Last Name only. There are no tickets. When you and/or your guest(s) arrive at the Convention Center, you will be greeted and directed to the Guest red carpet. We have set up 20 check-in stations at the end of the red carpet. A Greeter will direct you to an open station. ID is required to check in. When you arrive at the station, a Host will check your name against our guest list and your ID and write your table number on a place card. Please keep that place card with you.
If your seat grants you access to the After Party, the Host will direct you to the After Party Check In Tables where a staff member will place an after party wristband on you. There are no After Party tickets. For more information regarding the entrance to the After Party, see the After Party section below. Be advised that we cannot accept any changes for the Film Awards seats/tables after 10am on December 28, 2025. If you have a seat or table change after this date, it will need to be addressed onsite at the Resolution Desk in the lobby.
Once you have your table card, you will continue down the red carpet to the doors that lead you into the lobby of the Convention Center. You will show the guard your table card, proceed inside, and be directed to walk through a metal detector. Please be mindful of what you carry with you or have in your pockets. Gentlemen will be asked to empty their pockets and ladies will be asked to open their purses. No one will be permitted into the ballroom until they have been cleared by security. Guests are permitted to exit the Convention Center at any point throughout the evening. If you plan on re-entering the lobby or ballroom, you will need to be cleared by security again and show your table place card. If you leave the Convention Center property, you will not be permitted back into the building.
After Party
An After Party wristband is required for entry. All attending guests must Valet, as there is no available parking. Valet is complimentary. Upon arrival at the Parker, you will be asked to show your After Party wristband PRIOR to entering the lobby of the hotel.
Once inside the lobby, event staff will direct you to the party. You will be required to go through metal detectors before entering the party. Coat check is available for guests. If you arrive without a wristband on and believe you have access to the After Party, please visit the Resolution Desk located in Valet. You will then provide the staff member with your first and last name and they will check your name against the guest list. If your name is not on the guest list, you will not be permitted access into the Hotel.
Parking
We strongly recommend you choose to valet your vehicle. Valet vehicles will have access to the front of the convention center. This is the simplest and quickest way to arrive to the event.
VALET: Complimentary Valet will be available. You may drop your vehicle off in front of the Convention Center. Please remember that Calle Alvarado is a one-way street for the day of the Film Awards. You may only enter Valet traveling South on Calle Alvarado, coming from Alejo Rd.
RIDESHARE/DROP-OFF/SELF-PARK OR ANY VEHICLE LARGER THAN AN SUV: If you arrive or depart the Film Awards in a RIDESHARE, with a DRIVER or in a vehicle LARGER THAN AN SUV you must enter the Guest lot which is located on the corner of Andreas and Calle El Segundo (known as the Prairie Schooner lot). It is across the street from the Hilton off of Calle El Segundo. You will enter the parking lot from Calle El Segundo. Resort Parking will direct you to the self-parking portion of this lot or to the drop off area. From this parking lot, you will walk east to the sidewalk, and then north to the guest entrance of the Convention Center. For those who are unable or wish not to walk, there will be a complimentary shuttle. Drop offs and pickups WILL NOT be allowed on Amado or on Alvarado in front of the Convention Center.
All vehicle passes will be available for pick-up on Friday, January 2 from 9am - 9pm or Saturday, January 3 from 7:30am - 12pm in the Palm Grove Room at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Please click HERE for more info.
Parker After Party
If you have received a wristband to attend the Parker After Party please follow the designated map below since there are multiple street closures in place. Be sure to get your wristband at the Film Awards After Party check-in desk as you will not be permitted into the Valet area at Parker without it on. Thank you
