Ballot Count and tally audience votes that determine the festival's Audience Awards Box Office Sell tickets and scan moviegoers — the first face many guests see Credentials Assemble and distribute passes; first stop for all festival passholders Concierge Reserve seats and greet VIP Concierge passholders at screenings Family Day Assist with family films and activities at the Mary Pickford Theater Film Society Greet and usher members at year-round Film Society screenings Guest Services Staff the hospitality suite serving filmmakers and industry guests Interpreter Provide live translation at Q&As, events, and media interviews Office Help year-round in the festival office — phones, ticket orders, data entry Production Set up and strike festival venues; must be able to lift 25 lbs Special Events Staff galas and parties — late evening shifts, high energy required Street Team Distribute posters and rack cards to Palm Springs area businesses Theatre Operations Ticket-taking, ushering, and line management at every screening Transportation Drive filmmakers and guests; must be 25+, licensed, and insured
