Credentials Volunteer Team
Are you a behind-the-scenes kind of person but still happy facing the public? If so, Credentials is for you. Prior to the festival, Credentials makes all passes and is then responsible for distributing them to arriving guests. During the International Film Festival in January, Credentials is the first stopping point for all moviegoers who purchased passes. During ShortFest in June, Credentials is the first stopping point for all moviegoers who purchased passes, as well as the filmmakers and industry guests. Some computer knowledge is helpful. Training in advance of festivals is required.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Data entry
- Label making
- Organizing photos from email
- Assembling passes
- Organize passes for distribution
- Distribute passes to guests and filmakers
- Answering guest and filmmaker questions upon arrival
REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Proofreading Skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Extended knowledge of festival operations a plus
