The Where To Watch index includes the list of films by category and the platforms they are available to stream for free and/or rent for a fee.

HOW WERE THE FILMS CHOSEN?
1. Only films that were available to stream or rent from home as of February 22, 2021 were considered. *Film availability may change and shift during the voting period. We will attempt to keep the where to watch list updated but can not guarantee its accuracy.
2. Our staff reviewed top critic and audience lists and we've included some of our top staff picks (because we can).
3. Once the top 16 films in each category were determined, we randomly drew numbers the films placement in each bracket (yes, we physically did this. No, we didn't record it).
PRIZES
All who vote in all 5 rounds (you only need to participate in one bracket to qualify) will automatically be entered for a chance to win passes to ShortFest 2021 or PSIFF 2022.
We will also complete a random drawing each round for a chance to win festival merchandise courtesy of Destination PSP.
