HOW TO ATTEND SCREENINGS WITH MY PASS:
- Lines will form outside the theater and we will begin seating approximately 40 minutes prior to showtime.
- Queue cards will no longer be given out in passholder lines, again you must pre-reserve a spot in order to attend a screening - for best selection, please reserve during pass reservation dates.
- All passes will be scanned upon entry, if you haven’t pre-reserved a spot, access will be denied and you will be asked to go to the box office to check on availability. There is no guarantee that a seat will be available at that time. We highly recommend that you pre-reserve a spot before arriving at the theater for uninterrupted entry.
- You must be in your seat 15 minutes prior to showtime. If you fail to show, your spot may be sold to those customers on stand-by.
- NO LATE SEATING. If the program starts and you haven’t arrived, you will be denied entry (even if there are seats available). Late seating is disruptive to the audience.
VIRTUAL FILM MARKET
The Film Market will open on June 21.The Film Market is hosted in FilmFreeway. When you completed your industry registration you supplied us with an email for FilmFreeway. This email was granted access to view the Market.
Industry Market Drive: An email is being sent out from industry@psfilmfest.org by June 19th with a link to the Industry Market Drive. In this drive you will find the Market Catalogue, Film Contacts, How to watch films as well as industry and filmmaker contact lists. This drive will be updated throughtout the Festival. If you have not received this email by June 19 please email industry@psfilmfest.org.
Market Catalogue: The Market Catalogue does act as your one-stop-shop for films. The catalogue is sorted by primary genre and includes contact information, film details and a still for each film. You can search within the PDF as you need (e.g. "horror" or "comedy"). You will notice that every film has a link. If you would like to view the film you are looking at, click the link and it will open in FilmFreeway as long as you have already set up your account. Please note that it may take a few seconds for the link to activate.
FilmFreeway Information: If you do not have an account with the email you provided us please follow the instructions in the email to set up an account. If you already have an account and ShortFest does not automatically appear on the 21st when you login, click the small circle on the upper right hand side of the page and select ShortFest.
Viewing: Once you have logged into FilmFreeway, you will see a list of all of the market films. From here you can sort films by your preference. You will see the boxes at the top that will allow you to filter by category or preference you have. You can also sort by runtime by clicking the word "runtime" on the screen. You may also search within the "advanced search" dropdown for more specific results.
