New Zealand based directors Prisca Bouchet and Nick Mayow's first short documentary Le Taxidermiste was awarded Special Jury Mention at Doc NYC 2014 and Special Jury Mention at the 2014 New Orleans Film Festival. Their 2017 film AFTER LIFE won Best Documentary at the Tampere Film Festival and Best Short Documentary at the 2017 Calgary International Film Festival. AFTER LIFE also screened at major festivals including: Cork, Open City Documentary Festival and Athens, Ohio. Their first long-form documentary Section 501 screened on MTS, New Zealand in 2018.
