director biography

Lasse Linder was born 1994 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. While studying German Literature and Cinema Studies at the University of Zurich he realized he’d rather make films himself. Therefore, he went on to work as an editor and directed several short films in Switzerland and abroad. Since 2016 he has studied Video at Lucerne School of Art and Design (HSLU). His first short film Bashkimi United received several prizes in Switzerland, including a Special Mention at the Swiss Film School Day at the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur. All Cats Are Grey in the Dark is his graduation film.
